KAYAK ESTUARY TOUR

The kayak tour is a 2-hour tour of the San Francisco Estuary with a naturalist guide. We enter the estuary one hour before high tide and return about one hour after high tide. Silently gliding through the shade of the mangrove trees in your kayak is the best way to experience the mangrove forest and the abundant wildlife that awaits you at every turn of the meandering salt water river.

BOAT ESTUARY TOUR

The 1500 acre Tamarindo Estuary is teeming with wildlife, including 180 different species of birds, and the American crocodile. This tour takes you up the Tamarindo Estuary. Sit back, relax and enjoy the calm waters while our captain and guide explain the fantastic mysteries of this aquatic wonderland. You will have many excellent opportunities to view and photograph the great herons, egrets, kingfisher, ibis, osprey and iguanas, crocodiles, howler monkeys and much, much more.
